Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During periods of high demand, product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (if available)

  • Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and shipped.

Free Shipping

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any applicable free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If this changes, updates will be posted on our website.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with trusted shipping carriers, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

SunBounder is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes or rerouting.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect address.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and work to provide an appropriate resolution.
